1st alarm is great!! I’ve used them in the past for business purposes and now have switched from a provider I had for 8 years over to 1st alarm! From the moment I called Brian he remembered me by name and location of services provided. I told him what I was looking for and he had one of his employees call me. Here’s where it gets even better...Harrison reached out to me and instantly I was blown away. The conversation we had on the phone was extremely polite, professional and to say the least the best customer service I’ve received. He wanted to know what I was looking for, what solutions would best fit my needs and budget, as well as his professional opinion. Which I valued greatly. Harrison went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Harrison is professional, extremely polite, well mannered and really funny as well. It was if I hired a long time friend to install our system. I will for sure refer 1st alarm to family and friends as well as be using them again for future business needs. Job well done! Extremely satisfied!
