We have been using 3D Security for our office access systems, burglar alarms and fire monitoring since we moved into our primary building in 2007. Since then we have asked them to install building access and security monitoring cameras in most of our other offices (15 offices in all - spread from East to West coast). We had a few different proposals on how to secure the building for employees vs. customer access areas. It seemed that 3D Security thought through how we were using the building and gave us the best possible setup for building access. As with any system, there will be issues and the technicians’ ability to fix the issues in a timely manner is key for any business. 3D Security has been very responsive to any and all calls for service or technical questions. Really good people to work with.
