A Tech replaced our old intercom system with a new intercom & sonos system. While music sounded suberb, the intercom just didn't work right. Everyone was baffled, yet A Tech was tenacious at digging into the problem. Bill Corwin developed a game plan, and the Jerry the service guy worked through each solution until finally, everyone worked perfectly. A Tech relentlessly stands behind their systems. Kudos to a great customer experience.
