I have been an Ackerman customer for several years and have never been disappointed with their service. After a move a couple of years ago I now have newer equipment that sometimes needs assistance beyond my current tech knowledge level. A call for help to Ackerman has consistently provided courteous, professional, and PATIENT assistance, with most issues simply solved with one phone call. A couple times we have managed to set off the security and/or fire system and have consistently received prompt calls checking to find out what further action might be needed. Fortunately, all have been false alarms so far but I have no doubt a true emergency would be promptly responded to. I highly recommend Ackerman, for both security and for remote fire monitoring.
