I used ACS back in 2012. Its been quite awhile; however, I remember the great service back then. Nothing has changed! I called Kevin to set up an appointment and he responded vis email right away and was at my home within 2 days! I needed a few things updated and reprogrammed . What I was most appreciative about was he didn't recommend to me that I had to upgrade my whole system after all these years. We set up a service call with "Chad". Chad was on time and disassembled many "older" cables and replaced them with upgraded HDMI and audio cables. Reprogrammed my universal remote and off he went! The system has never sounded better after all these years. If you want knowledgeable professional service for residential service, I highly recommend ACS! Sincerely, PSlotty
