I had a major issue with my alarm today. Honeywell never called back. ADP took 19 minutes to respond only to take my info and they'd send someone 2 days from today. Coming to the rescue was Michael, from ALARMINGLY AFFORDABLE. He was nice, calm, professional and despite being in another borough today...he took the time and effort to walk me through every step of the way and fix the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
