Thank you Alert Alarm for your awesome customer service and providing a great security system. The response from them whenever there is a sensor detection issue is prompt and friendly! Their technical support is top notch - the technician that recently fixed a bad sensor in our home, Paul, is extremely knowledgeable and always ensures everything is fully functioning, going above and beyond to verify that the entire system is in optimum shape while it is protecting our home.
