We had a problem with our alarm being constantly on do to construction work here at the house. Not the alarm company's fault. It just started going off at about 10 PM. Called the company and a service tech headed out to help us with it. It was a 45 minute drive for him, and he did it without complaint. While we did pay for the service visit, he did first try to solve it via phone to avoid that, and then his prompt trip out here made for amazing service.
