The technician that came out to the house was named Larry. Larry first asked questions about what happened, he listened to me as I explained what went on and then Larry proceeded to figure out what might be the problem. He was very kind, considerate and a very knowledgeable man. He checked different possibilities that it might be and then checked and rechecked making sure that the problem was resolved. Everything is back in order with the system running. He fixed the problem. Thanks Larry for a job well done.
