5 Star Rating in my book! I had a wonderful experience with Astra Security, from my initial phone call to the final installation. I was impressed with my initial meeting with Alex, to go over equipment and my specific needs. He was a great listener and attentive to my situation, getting me a quote within 24 hours. I was expecting a 2 week wait and the company was able to get me in promptly, finishing the job in one day. Both Alex and Oliver were professional in their installation, not leaving trash for me to pick up afterwards, along with listening to my request for camera locations. After the installation, Alex helped me navigate through the mobile app and supplied me with contact information easily uploaded into my phone. I ended up needing an extra camera which was installed within a couple of days from my call. And when I called the office to ask a question, Emily promptly addressed my needs. Each staff member treated me with kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of their product. The most impressive part, for me, was during the sales meeting where Alex was never derogatory about competitors, along with encouraging me to get a 2nd quote, letting me know where Astra would fall in the price scale (the other companies I contacted talked poorly about their competitors & pushed for my business). I’m completely satisfied with the equipment, giving me clear images both day and night, along with the text alerts when something is located in a camera’s view. The experience was wonderful from tip to tail, giving Astra the highest compliment and stars a company could receive!
