My Fob quit working. I thought it might be run down batteries so I changed the batteries - still nothing. Placed a service call and they were very accommodating working with my schedule. Today Randy came out exactly on time (which seems to be a rare trait these days) and solved my issue in 10 minutes. He was very gracious in explaining that the Fob works very well when the batteries are installed the correct way. Before leaving he double checked that everything else with my system was working well. Great service!
