The team at Bates Security were outstanding! I had been dreading getting our company set up with security cameras and just KNEW that it would be like going to the dentist and getting my teeth scraped! However, from the moment that Chris and Brady showed up, they were on top of everything and worked efficiently while only occasionally needing my help, input or opinion. The two of them (and Marcus) were able to get 29 cameras up and running in no time and the quality of the video is MUCH better than I was expecting. Since they finished the job, I have reached out to Chris on more than one occasion to ask questions and he always answers me back. On top of all of that, the team was very strict in their adherence to COVID regulations which made us all feel more secure. Would absolutely recommend this company to ANYONE looking to add security and/or camera service for their company!
