I had a great experience with Bay Alarm and also with their wonderful technicians Bryce and (trainee) Russell. We just bought a home in Vallejo and the house came with an alarm set up. They said initially the time for a technician to come and set it up was 3 weeks but they squeezed us in 1.5 weeks. When the actual technicians came out, they were very thorough, made sure our system was exactly how we wanted it, made sure that we understood how to use it, and answered all the questions I had while also being extremely kind and courteous. Bryce was fantastic and let me know ahead of time he was training someone (as a very covid paranoid person I greatly appreciated the heads up). They were done very quickly and took care of us! Would highly recommend, 5/5 stars :)
