Raoul responded to our service call, to check and replace our sensors after new windows were installed. He was masked the whole time, and had shoe covers on hand when I asked him to remove his shoes. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough. Thank you Raoul for doing a wonderful job, and explaining everything clearly.
