Of course I give Bay Alarm 5 stars! Family owned business. Superior quality--in both products and service. Been around for like, 70 years. And effective security options (really, a model for all the competitors out there!) Raoul came to replace a system battery (naturally, Bay courteously called *me* first, to let me know they noticed a low batt signal; sure enough, my keypad display included that message.) So Raoul came to replace the system battery. No biggie. Low cost. But I appreciate how he was totally on time, polite--introduced himself and made sure I knew his first name (although Bay sent an email ahead of time indicating Raoul's name and photo). He wore his covid mask, and quietly and quickly replaced the battery. So again, of course I love Bay!!
