I've been a customer close to 20 years now and have no complaints about their service. Whenever the alarm goes off, they are quick to respond and they can get a tech out fairly quickly for service. Just recently, Raoul with their Martinez office came to take a look at a malfunctioning window sensor. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.
