Shoutout to Drew! We have been having many issue with our doorbell camera and our system completely stopped working after the blackouts. Drew not only fixed everything, he gave great advice on how and why our connections were not strong. He went above and beyond! I had thoughts of switching companies after so many attempts in trying to fix all the issues with all the calls I made and all other technicians that came out previously and had "bandaged" the issues. It's always stopped working after a couple of months. However, after Drew's help, we are staying with Brinks! Thank you Drew for all your help and advice on how to use our security system! He was very kind and very knowledgeable!
