Carlos B. From BSG was here for many hours installing our entire security system on our new build. He took his time to explain that one of the wires were cut by workers on our house accidentally. He made sure all the windows and doors worked with the alarm before he left. He also asked what we wanted each item named on our key pad-we appreciated that since our last home had names for doors & windows that did not make sense. We appreciated how friendly he was and how he took his time to explain all so we understood. He showed us how to use the app for the many areas of our home. We definitely recommend him, pleasant and professional experience!
