I recently experienced wonderful customer service from Butler Durell when my mothers alarm seem to be having a little bit of a signal problem. They put me in touch with a wonderful courteous tech during the off hours of the day. Not only was it after hours but it was the holiday weekend. And then on Saturday during the holiday weekend I get a phone call that they have been checking on it and letting me know that the Signal looked better. They also assured me that they will still come back on Tuesday after the holiday weekend to double check everything to make sure it’s in complete working order. This definitely was some awesome customer service and I highly recommend this company.
