Our house is almost 100 years old, with lots of the original doors and hardware. One of the locks, which is probably an original, became inoperative. Ryan was able to repair it easily, and explained a lot of the workings of the older locks, and how best to maintain them. If you have an older home with older locks, I highly recommend Carl Jarl, and especially Ryan as the technician.
