My Control 4 service is excellent with Mike Jerkins in Pensacola, FL. We have had Control 4 for about 10 years with same service manager and find it great with the one remote. The status gets tricky sometimes when kicked out by Cox if power surge. So much better with Control 4 than all the remotes and other service providers.
