I love the system we got from CRS. I typically try to avoid buying from door to door salesmen, But the guy that stopped by my house was very professional, and seemed trustworthy. (I can't say that for every salesman who has stopped by my home!) he was honest and very transparent. I'm ultimately happy with my purchase- the installation went smoothly and the guy installing it explained everything thoroughly. I love that it's not just a security system for my house but I can also control my lights and thermostat when I'm away from home. My favorite is the Ring Doorbell they gave me as well. I can see whoever is ringing my doorbell no matter where I am. Comes in handy. Overall, great company. They're local here in town so when I've called a couple times with questions, someone always answers. Very satisfied customer.
