Last night our alarm system started pinging and showed low battery. I called and told the lady I was an ex-customer and it was driving my little dog crazy. She told me she would have a tech call me, Ramon called and walked me thru shutting the system down. I think this experience speaks volumes about what a great company and employees you have.
