I have been a Doyle customer for 5 years, and can't wait for my contract to end. Beyond their expensive equipment, is extremely poor customer service. If you enjoy listening to music while you're on hold, just call Doyle's customer emergency hotline. Thankfully I have never called with an intruder in the house, or I probably would be dead. I usually experience 3 to 5 minute wait times on hold. My would advise calling the hotline a few time before you sign on for Doyle's service. Good luck.
