We have been extremely impressed with the service from Electronic Alarms. The evening service call to rectify a short in the main panel, the phone call warning us of a water leak in the basement before the alarm even sounded, and finally, the timely reconfiguration of the doorbell camera after the cable company upgrade to our network were all professional, courteous, and accurate. We especially appreciate the follow-up calls after the events to make sure everything is still operating smoothly. The technicians we have dealt with, namely Brian and Neil, were excellent. Judy in the office is always tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their recommendations for service have always been made with our specific needs and constraints in mind, and Henry's thoughtful guidance in updating our system was invaluable. We feel completely comfortable with Electronic Alarms and are truly grateful for their assistance in keeping our family and our home safe.
