My experience was very good. Both the technician and the sales representative were very knowledgeable and professional. The install technician was on time, courteous and got his work down in a timely and efficient manner. He wore his ppe at all times and was very good at explaining the new system. The sales rep was knowledgeable, helpful and followed up in a manner that was not overbearing. Overall an A plus experience.
