I have now worked with 1st security for both on my homes. The staff really work hard to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your install, as well as troubleshooting or addressing anything that comes up along the way. For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. I could not be more pleased to work with and recommend the company.
