1st Security USA sets the standard for Home security. Making an appointment was fast and easy. Jeremy gave a very professional and honest presentation detailing exactly what we needed. There was no pressure or overselling. I felt confident the alarm I was purchasing would more than meet my families needs. Two days later, Larry came to install my service. He was just a pure joy to work with. He made sure we understood how to work the alarm and the phone app. He tested everything before he left. I love my new alarm. It is technologically advanced, but easy to use. I feel so much safer knowing my home is protected by 1st Security USA. I love it so much I referred my mother. Her system was put in a week and a half after mine. I am also excited that this company can meet my needs when they change. I sleep, vacation, shop, and relax knowing my family and pets are protected by one of the best security companies.
