We are very pleased with the installation and all related services received from Fortress Securities Systems. Interestingly we have never been the victim of a crime in our home, but since the system installed six months ago, we have had a sense of calmness and protection in our home each night when we activate our system, unlike any other in the many years prior. Our technician Sean, was an excellent representation of Fortress Security and perhaps more importantly, the family as well. This was significant as the Fortress leadership team has been very active and visible in their local church and community at large. He was polite, courteous, prompt, clean, personable and very, very efficient. Sean explained the process as he worked, and gave good user instruction upon completion. We highly recommend their services to friends, family and neighbors in our own local Azusa Community, and throughout the San Gabriel Valley, as the peace of mind knowing the we, and those near and around us, are safe, is awesome.
