I am completely satisfied with my new locks and keys. The owner was quick to respond and Wes, who did the work, was friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable about security and locks. I will recommend Gateway to anyone who needs a lock replaced. I feel much safer. I would suspect that they are just as excellent with commercial locks and security. Great experience!
