When I bought my house I inherited a General Security system. There was also a different brand video security system. One call to General and they had a technician stop by same day to analyze the compatibility of the 2 systems. They returned back a couple days later with a solution that linked the 2 systems together. They could have easily said this video system is incompatible with General's security system and that I would have to get a system sold by them. But they didn't, and went the extra mile to figure out a solution and saving me $$$. That's good customer service.
