I just had a great experience with Andrew at the GOODWILL in Hollywood: what makes it so special, is that the previous security guard was a looser-just did not know how to handle customers and was overbearing and inappropriate, whereas Andrew is charming, helpful and gives the aura of someone who wants to protect the store AND YOU!! three cheers!!
