Guardian alarm had originally installed the alarm system in this house and they were able to pick it up and go. They didn't have to drill any holes or add any extra equipment so it was easy. My biggest objection is that they're expensive. But other than that, the customer service has been real good when I called them. We had a smoke alarm go off and couldn't get it to shut off from the kitchen. They helped us do that. Also, the features of the syste are okay for what we need it. If somebody breaks down a back door, the alarm will go off and there's a motion detector in the house.
