Amazing service! I clearly stated what was needed within my household to be satisfied and I was given a thorough explanation by the owner Eric of what was going to take place once the service rep arrived. From the beginning to the end I was aware of all processes and what would take place. Anything that deviated from the initial plan was fully explained and executed in a timely manner. Could not be more pleased with my choice to go with Intuitive AV over the big retailer services.
