So far everything seems great and I have no complaints. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, gave very reasonable estimates. The installation went well, the technician was very professional very thoughtful about not drilling new holes in my house, made sure newly installed sensors look nice and clean, explained in great details how the system works. Based on my personal experience so far, they did a great job, and since I initially posted the review, the owner reached to me to clarify the cancellation policy and everything seems very reasonable. So keeping my high score.
