I came in contact with Steve after contacting other surveillance companies, who either didn't return the calls or I wasn't too confident they could do the job. With that being said, Steve exceeded my expectations in all areas of professionalism, qualifications, and price - excellent customer service. He came to my home and ran add'l cable to get my camera's online and so I can properly view and playback if necessary. The previous company I hired didn't properly complete the job I paid them to do - Basically, Steve came out to clean up other companies work and do the job right! I know were to go for all my tech support - Next, I'll hire them for home theater or to upgrade my surveillance system. I'm supper confident and very happy to do business with Steve & iWatcher!
