Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent services,Juan came to my home , and was very punctual with covid 19 mask . Juan told me that he was from J&J security and and he asked where they alarm was . it took him Twenty minutes to repair the alarm , and iam so happy he even repaired one my connector on my window that didn’t work any more for free. Thanks J&J security for helping me sleep at night with no worries.
