I cant put into words how thankful I am to have found JSB. I bought a home that had CPI equipment installed and I did not want to activate with them. Not only were they able to activate all of the equipment for me but they went above and beyond in customer service and even made some upgrades I wanted to my current system very affordable. Jacob was absolutely amazing, I seriously cant say enough and he kicked butt getting everything switched over and installed. This is truly top notch service and I can promise you, you would not be disappointed. He made sure everything was 100% perfect and it's so hard to find people to do that these days. Nancy was great from day one as well. She is awesome at explaining all the details and making me feel comfortably and confident in the switch. Thank you JSB Security...you guys are great!!!
