Awesome experience! Jacob, the owner, came to my home and explained everything that needed to be done to switch from the previous service that I was using. JSB even graciously decided that they would help get me out of my financial obligation with CPI. Installation and enrollment process was extremely smooth. You can tell that this company really cares about their customers and doesn't just care about financial gain. If you're looking for a top quality service and knowledge company, you can not go wrong with JSB. Could not be any happier that I decided to switch! They're awesome.
