I have been a customer for over 20 years. I recently installed some hurricane windows and had them out to reattach some of the wiring and check the system. It is always nice to see longterm employees working for a company and Leader seems to keep their employees. James got everything in fine working order and checked the system over. He also found the backup battery to be nearing replacement and suggested that I replace it before it failed. This clearly saved a later service call and in the longterm extra money. This company is locally owned and operated and provides state of the art equipment and awesome customer service. Dale and his employees are honest and I will continue to use this company. Highly recommend.
