Adam is the best AV/Tech provider that I've worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, organized, and always has a plan when he arrives at my home. He is very patient, a great teacher, and works with me until I am comfortable with new remotes, p to questions passwords, and appears before he leaves. Adam is also quick to respond to my questions if I need help after my project has been completed. And the Lelch 24/7 helpline has even provided quick and easy repair remotely! I've recommended Lelch to several family members and friends for their internet and TV needs. And my adult children are very happy that I can now contact Lelch with my technology questions.
