I have NO complaints thus far... Excellent Customer service. We have the 2GIG Panel with Cell access and have had hardly any issues, when I do have issues I email customer server and they get back to me immediately. I have to say that out of all the companies I have worked with they are the quickest to respond. I love how I can set up z-wave devices to make the smart home, We are currently having our basement built out and using the door sensor I can set up when the contractors open the door and when they close it.. keep up the good work MyAlarmCenter
