I highly recommend Nightwatch Protection! They made the whole process, from educating us about the options all the way to the install, so easy! And it was all completed in a timely manner. Every person that we encountered throughout this process was so friendly, kind, and funny! They all made this a great experience! If you’re on the fence about getting a system, give this team a call to chat! My husband and I recently purchased a house. Soon after moving in, two gentleman from Nightwatch stopped by to see if we were in the market for a security system. I said we were but asked if they could come back when my husband was home to give us both the info as we hadn’t done any research yet. Paul followed up and gave us info. We told him we’d talk it over and then let him know. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected expense come up with the house, so we had to put things on hold and didn’t reach out. Paul popped by again a couple weeks later just to touch base. We greatly appreciated him checking in because he was so friendly and helpful! When our finances balanced out again, we emailed Paul to set up an appointment. Paul came over to our house and did a walk through, listening to our concerns and pointing out areas that he said we should think about focusing on as well. He then worked with us and the team back in the office to get us into a plan that worked perfectly for us. We really appreciated all the time and care Paul took with us. Paul was very personable and we developed a sense of trust with him almost immediately. (Thanks again, Paul!) Next up was the install. We had a gentleman named Andy come by. He was also very polite and helpful. Before he left, he made sure to take plenty of time to explain the system to us so we felt totally comfortable with it.
