Our company was founded in November of 1988 under the name Baystate Locksmiths by current co-owner George D. Condon, III. The company grew quickly by offering same-day and professional locksmith services including master key systems, safe openings, safe combination changes, door hardware repair and replacement, and automotive openings. As the company grew its customer base, more services were requested, and our name was changed to better reflect these additional services. The past names include Baystate Safe & Lock and Baystate Safe & Alarm. In 2003, we changed our name to Northeast Security Solutions, Inc. to best reflect the services that we provide and the area which we serve.

Who We Are Today

Today, Northeast Security Solutions, Inc. operates out of an 8,500 square foot facility located in downtown West Springfield on Sylvan Street. We have managed by our second-generation co-owner David Condon and our staff has a collective experience of over 100 years in the security industry. We have now supplied security products and services within our service territory of Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, and Southern Vermont for over 30 years.
