I have to say, I am impressed with the customer service at Omega! I'm amazed! Any time I call, which is usually for small things, I get the most polite, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful person on the phone! A+ company if you're looking for a great security system and also looking for excellent service. I've been with them for a little under a year and I am very happy with them!
