Called Palmetto Security out of desperation. We live in a rental and the alarm system was set to chime every time a door was opened and we didn't have the code to shut it off. It was driving us crazy! The guy at the local office was super nice, gave me the generic code for the system, and I was able to turn off the dang door chime. Thank you, Palmetto Security!
