Zach and his team at Perk-IT came to our home and provided us with the best IT solutions we could have hoped for. We have always struggled with getting good WiFi in our home and reliable connectivity. Zach listened to us and understood our needs and provided us with the best solutions. He didn’t try to over sale us on things we didn’t need. He didn’t try to take advantage of an uninformed consumer like myself who isn’t very IT savvy. Instead he gave us exactly what we needed and it has been great. Upon doing our install it was discovered we had cables up in the attic that needed to be used and Zach spent over an hour climbing around our attic trying to figure out what needed to be done. This was something unanticipated and not part of the initial bid but he didn’t it willingly for no additional charge. I would recommend Perk-IT to anyone with any kind of home automation and IT needs. They are fantastic and very affordable. I got 4 bids and they were by far the most affordable.
