Tony installed an upgrade to our Condo Security System so I can monitor and access remotely. He encountered a number of software problems and spent several hours getting server information updated as well as finding a link for the monitoring app that had been pulled from Google Play due to an upgrade. He was professional, explained all my options, ran me through remote monitoring, as well as use of the actual keypad. He provided me with detailed information about additional monitoring services I was interested in allowing me to make an informed decision going forward. Absolutely outstanding and professional service.
