loved the tech so informative, and explained everything. felt really comfortable with him in my home. I love this system so up to date, new and yet easy to understand. The staff are so willing to listen to questions and answer in a manner one understands. I love it feels like family. I also have to give appreciation to Rick the salesman, very nice man and I would recommend this company to everyone, very impressed
