Our community hired Progressive Alarms to install a state-of-the-art license plate reader system. The facility location had numerous logistical challenges. Progressive and their team of subcontractors advised, researched, and helped plan out our system. They gave us technical information and answered every novice question we asked. Once we contracted with them, they executed the plan quickly and efficiently for less than the competition. We recently discover a couple of settings in the NVR software that needed tweaking. They showed up with a smile and took care of it in five minutes. Throughout the entire discovery, planning, installation, and customer service processes, Progressive Alarms has provento be a reliable, cost effective, and totally professional company. I would definitely use them again for the quality system and awesome service they provided. Thank you Progressive Alarms!!
